Question 1

What does Abhiwan Technology do?

Accepted Answer

Abhiwan Technology is an AR/VR, game, digital twin and AI development company founded in 2018 and headquartered in Noida, India. It builds mobile and PC games, advergames and gamified campaigns, VR training simulators, 3D product configurators, digital twins and AI systems for enterprises, government institutions and consumer brands. Clients include Coca-Cola, Abu Dhabi Police, DP World, Etisalat, Royal Enfield, Bajaj Finserv and AIIMS. The company is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified, with 60+ specialists delivering across India, the UAE, the UK and the USA.

Question 2

How much does it cost to develop a game, an advergame or a VR training module?

Accepted Answer

It depends on four things: how many levels, scenarios or modules are in scope; whether it is single-player or real-time multiplayer; the art fidelity — stylised 2D, mid-poly 3D or photoreal; and what it has to connect to, such as a loyalty system, an LMS or live plant data. A two-week casual brand game and a multiplayer card title with a server backend sit in very different ranges, and a VR training module with scoring and an instructor dashboard sits in a third. Abhiwan Technology gives a written scope and a fixed price after a 30-minute scoping call, not an hourly estimate.

Question 3

Can Abhiwan build a branded game or gamified campaign for a product launch, festival or event?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Abhiwan Technology builds advergames and gamified campaigns for web, app and on-site play — spin-and-win and collect-coins mechanics for festive campaigns, leaderboard games for launches, touchscreen and motion-sensor games for expo stands and store activations. They integrate with loyalty coins, CRM and engagement platforms such as MoEngage. Delivered work includes Coca-Cola's AI FaceSwap kiosk with 8,000+ participants, Thums Up's Biryani Hunt, Vaseline's SunCoins rewards app and Bajaj Finserv's MindMaze. A campaign game typically ships in four to eight weeks.

Question 4

Does Abhiwan work with government, defence and PSU buyers, including through GeM?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Abhiwan Technology is MSME registered and Make in India compliant, bids on Government e-Marketplace (GeM) tenders including those reserved for MSEs, and deploys on-premise or fully air-gapped where the buyer requires it. Delivered public-sector work includes an active-shooter VR training simulator for Abu Dhabi Police, a VR Centenary Museum for the Indian Army's Military Nursing Service, cognitive assessment games built with AIIMS and ICMR, and an interactive puzzle kiosk for Sharjah Museum Authority.

Question 5

Who owns the intellectual property in an Abhiwan project?

Accepted Answer

The client does. Abhiwan Technology assigns full ownership of source code, 3D assets and project files to the client on delivery, and writes it into the contract. That applies to games, VR training content, configurators and digital twins alike.

Question 6

How long does a game, VR training or configurator project take?

Accepted Answer

A casual or hyper-casual brand game takes 2 to 8 weeks depending on mechanics and integrations. A multiplayer card, racing or mid-core title with a server backend runs 4 to 9 months. A single VR training module takes 6 to 10 weeks from approved storyboard to deployment; a multi-module programme with an LMS, 4 to 7 months. A 3D product configurator takes 6 to 12 weeks depending on SKU count. Timelines depend on how quickly source material — GDD, brand assets, CAD files, SOPs — is available.

Question 7

Can Abhiwan build a multiplayer card game, rummy or casino-style title?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Abhiwan Technology builds real-time multiplayer card, board and casino-style games in Unity with a server-authoritative backend — matchmaking, rooms, tournaments, anti-cheat and wallet integration — for Android, iOS, web and Telegram. Shipped titles include Safari Rummy, BetFi and Royal Chess Club. Original rule sets, regional card games and skill-based formats are scoped from a game design document; if there is no GDD yet, that is the first thing the team writes with you.

Question 8

What is advergaming, and how does a brand measure whether it worked?

Accepted Answer

Advergaming is a game built to carry a brand or campaign objective — launch awareness, loyalty coins, product education or footfall at an event — rather than to sell as a game. It is measured on plays, repeat sessions, completion, shares and redemptions, tracked through the brand's own analytics or a loyalty platform. Abhiwan Technology's Biryani Hunt for Thums Up ran across city maps with a live leaderboard, and Coca-Cola's AI FaceSwap kiosk put 8,000+ people on camera at Foodmarks with content they shared themselves.

Question 9

What kinds of VR training simulators does Abhiwan build?

Accepted Answer

Abhiwan Technology builds VR training simulators for police and defence response, industrial safety and plant familiarisation, driving and equipment operation, medical and clinical procedure, and classroom STEM. Each runs on your equipment and SOPs, on Meta Quest or PC VR, with scoring, SCORM or LMS integration and an instructor dashboard. Delivered work includes active-shooter response for Abu Dhabi Police, a virtual plant tour and Hindi sales-call simulator for Avaada, and EduVR's 324 STEM modules in English and Arabic.

Question 10

What is a digital twin, and what data does it need?

Accepted Answer

A digital twin is a live 3D replica of a plant, port, building or machine, connected to real operational data so teams can monitor it, simulate changes and test decisions before making them. It needs three inputs: geometry (CAD, BIM or a site scan), a data feed (OPC-UA, MTConnect, PLC tags or an existing IIoT platform) and the KPIs you want to see, such as OEE or material flow. Abhiwan Technology built a real-time IoT-connected twin for DP World and delivers plant-scale twins hosted on client-owned servers.

Question 11

Can Abhiwan build a 3D product configurator for our website, and is subscription available?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Abhiwan Technology builds browser-based, real-time 3D product configurators that run without an app install, including on mobile, with AR preview and e-commerce integration. Delivered configurators include the Royal Enfield Hunter 350 "Make It Yours" builder, the Midnight Boats boat builder, a full kitchen configurator, a real-time car configurator and an AR eyewear try-on. Two commercial models: a one-time build with full IP transfer, or a monthly subscription with hosting and updates included.

Question 12

What is the difference between AR, VR and XR?

Accepted Answer

Augmented reality (AR) overlays digital content onto the real world, usually through a phone camera or smart glasses. Virtual reality (VR) replaces the real world entirely with a simulated environment viewed through a headset. Extended reality (XR) is the umbrella term covering AR, VR and mixed reality together. Abhiwan Technology builds across all three, on mobile, headset, web and kiosk hardware.
